INCS has licensed user rights to Harvard’s Teaching Negotiation Resource Center and supplements this with own role play scenarios based on regional situations and scenarios tailor made for the customer.

INCS courses do not begin on the first day of the course and end on the last one. Participants receive a welcome package before the course begins with useful details about the course, study documents to give an insight into the subject matter and personal preparation documents. After the course INCS supports all personnel in the implementation. Different templates, tailored to fit the subjects are made available electronically for own practical use along with documentation for personal target setting and implementation control.
