Be a Leader
It is time for more women to take their places at the negotiating table. It is proven that women have excellent qualities, when it comes to topics such as team building, relationship building, negotiating between conflicting parties and creative thinking outside of the box. The latest studies confirm that women, for example, have greater qualities in negotiating complex financial topics than men. This may surprise and even be a wake up call to some men. With all these qualities there is the question of why more women are unable to perceive their negotiating qualities.
This intensive workshop offers concrete solutions, as to how women can negotiate more effectively, when it comes to their own interests. Over two intensive days knowledge is conveyed to the women who can then claim the leadership they are entitled to. The simulation of practical applications and intensive discussions with topics makes this workshop a „Must do“ for all women, who would like to negotiate more successfully and effectively.

Women, who are interested in an intensive exchange on the topic „Gender & Diversity in Negotiations“, as well as personalities, who would like to further increase and enrich their effectivity and experience in a circle of like-minded people.
