Stefan Kühn

Stefan Kühn is a senior international negotiator, mediator and facilitator and experienced in high-risk and high-stakes negotiations in sensitive markets. He successfully conducts national and international multi-party negotiations and consults businesses, organizations and governmental bodies in demanding and conflicting situations. Stefan Kühn has fifteen years of experience as head of a crisis management team with interventions in North- and South America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
He has a long-standing successful track record as an executive committee member of a group of globally active companies and as board member of various national and international companies.
Stefan Kühn graduated from Harvard University and Oxford Saïd Business School and holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and an MBA.

Thomas Manger

Thomas Manger is an executive coach, staff developer and trainer with decades of experience as a group-wide personnel manager for internationally operating logistics companies. He has a long-standing track record as a line manager and managing director and therefore knows the demanding and complex requirements placed on present-day management, by both sides. Thomas Manger does not focus on a benchmark, but on the personality and specific character of each individual. This attentiveness is a basis for his performance in guiding, coaching and developing young talent and service providers at all management levels and executives.
As a former professional athlete, Thomas Manger is not only aware of the strengths and benefit of mental training from his own experience, but also the importance of health care in professional everyday life. He successfully contributes both to his coaching today in a stimulating and pragmatic way.
