On the two-day “The Effective Negotiator ®” course, you will receive a tried-and-tested negotiation toolbox with which you will be able to obtain better negotiation outcomes. Thanks to establishing basic principles, practical application and interactive simulations, you will become familiar with different strategies and techniques so that you can in future directly influence your negotiating tactics and the course of negotiation.
Course structure

You will have the opportunity to apply and test what you have learned immediately. You will benefit from our experience in a wide variety of sectors and different negotiation and conflict situations. You will grapple with your own negotiation behaviour and related strengths and weaknesses. Small groups enable us to explore individual potential and appropriately optimise the learning outcome.
