PDN stands for Process Driven Negotiations and offers a structured approach to make complex projects and multi-party negotiations controllable and manageable. Using the PDN tools, you can manage the dynamics and complexity of multi-party negotiations in a more focused and confident way.

The PDN model developed by INCS and Project Competence with the collaboration of fellows from Harvard University offers a structured manual for the managing and shaping of demanding projects and complex multi-party negotiations. PDN puts complex processes, different interests and dynamic relations between stakeholders on track in a significantly better and targeted way and resolves conflicts more effectively.

Course structure 

 

Focused knowledge transfer and sophisticated simulations come together at this intensive one-day workshop. The most important management and monitoring tools will be presented, analysed and discussed. What you have learned will then be applied in a fascinating six-party negotiation example. Economics, unions, politics, environmental protection, etc. will sound out where there are common or divergent interests. Coalitions will be forged and, depending on the course of the simulation, destroyed again. Your own situational behaviour takes immediate effect and can be analysed in a transparent way as regards effectiveness. A must format for service providers who always have to put various parties, be they in-house or external, back on track.
